At Custom Light Boxes, we aim to make your experience as smooth and reliable as possible — from the moment you order, to the moment your item arrives at your door.
Shipping Infomation
Processing Time
All our light boxes are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 working days for production before dispatch. If we expect delays, we’ll contact you directly.
Delivery Times
UK Mainland: 1–3 working days (via Royal Mail or courier)
Northern Ireland & Highlands: 2–4 working days
International Shipping: Not currently offered through the website — please contact us for a quote.
Shipping Costs
UK Standard Shipping: Free on orders over £50
Orders under £50: Flat rate of £2.95
All parcels are tracked, and a tracking link will be sent via email once dispatched.
Packaging
We pack each light box carefully using recyclable materials where possible. Every product is quality-checked before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns.
Changed Your Mind?
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.
This applies to non-custom items only.
You must notify us within 14 days of delivery, and return the item within 14 days of cancellation.
Items must be returned in their original condition.
Return postage is your responsibility.
Custom or Personalised Products
Due to the nature of custom-made items, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once production has started, unless the item is faulty.
If you’re unsure about a design or custom request, feel free to contact us before ordering — we’re happy to help.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us at info@customlightboxes.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
